The opportunity

​

Work side-by-side with our founders to build what comes next for Consultport.

​

One project could mean testing a new business opportunity. The next could mean fixing a process that slows the team down or helping launch in a new market. You'll take an open question, work out what matters, and turn it into something that works. You'll use research, numbers, technology, and your own initiative to move projects forward, with a close-up view of how decisions are made and a direct role in making them happen.

​

If you want to build a company one day, this is a chance to develop the judgment, resourcefulness, and execution skills you'll need.

​

You'll take ownership across four exciting areas:

​

1. New Opportunities & Business Growth  

• Explore new products, services, and partnerships. Speak with potential customers, research the market, and build the business case for ideas worth pursuing.  
• Take an idea beyond the presentation: launch a small test, track what happens, and help decide what to improve, scale, or stop.

​

1. Operations, Data & AI  

• Get under the hood of the business. Find what's slowing teams down and build better ways of working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.  
• Turn data into decisions using Excel or Google Sheets, and test AI tools and automations that save time, improve visibility, or help the team serve more clients.

​

1. International Expansion  

• Help work out where Consultport should grow next. Compare markets, understand local customer needs, and identify the partners and practical steps needed to get started.  
• Work with our international teams to turn expansion plans into action, from testing local outreach to setting up workflows that make a new market work.

​

1. Projects with the Founders  

• Work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on pressing business challenges. Get up to speed quickly, work through the options, and bring a clear recommendation.  
• Own the follow-through: bring the right people together, set milestones, keep track of costs and results, and solve the problems that stand between a decision and its execution.

What makes you a great fit

​

• Relevant experience: At least one year of professional experience, including internships; ideally in consulting, finance, or startups.
• Strong academic background: A degree from a top university with strong academic results.
• Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and find solutions independently.
• Analytical & practical: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a head for numbers.
• Ownership & follow-through: You take responsibility and get things done.
• Quick learner: You grasp new topics quickly and act on feedback.
• Tech & AI enthusiast: Curious about AI and automation; coding experience is a plus.
• Great communicator: Clear, confident English; German is a strong plus.
