The Chief of Staff network has been incredibly helpful for me, and I honestly started seeing immediate value on Day 1 of joining.

The network offers numerous opportunities to further growth, development, and camaraderie - I think it'd be challenging to navigate the CoS role alone without this group of people.

I recently joined the Chief of Staff Network and have already made some amazing connections. When you're a chief of staff, you're often the only person in the company with that job title -- the COS Network has people in your shoes, and it's a great place for advice, brainstorming, and community. Highly recommend!

I came across Chief of Staff Network when considering the CoS role for the first time and found the content about the role was so helpful, I immediately became a member when I officially started the position. The content and connections continued to be invaluable throughout my entire CoS journey, so much so that I was able to work myself out of the job and into a founder role faster than I anticipated. Highly recommend!

Tangible products to take away from these sessions were very useful. While great to have the “think big” conversations, it was also very nice to be able to walk away and come BACK to a real template or written framework to guide/reference.

The mental models and frameworks were fantastic! Having a practical resource that I can go back to is really helpful. It was also great to hear about the experiences of more seasoned CoS -- I found that to be particularly helpful for both new insights, and validation on my approaches/thinking.

Reclaiming Alignment: Mapping Purpose Through Complexity

Reclaiming Alignment: Mapping Purpose Through Complexity This is the first session of a learning series The Chief of Staff Network is hosting in collaboration with co-founders Michaela Zuckovai and Carl Miller from The Purpose Project. This event is open to all PRO members of the Chief of Staff Network with limited capacity available for other Chiefs of Staff in our community. In 2026, the Chief of Staff role is less about choosing between strategy and operations and more about continuously moving between them. That flexibility is the role’s leverage, but it also creates sustained pressure. Chiefs of Staff are often the first to feel when alignment begins to slip, long before it shows up in metrics, performance issues, or organizational friction. This workshop is designed for Chiefs of Staff who are operating inside complexity and want to stay grounded, clear, and effective without absorbing the cost of misalignment themselves. Rather than offering another framework or productivity tool, the session creates space to slow down just enough to notice what is actually happening in your role right now and how purpose functions as real infrastructure under pressure. Through guided reflection and an immersive experience, participants will explore how alignment, attention, and decision gravity are shaping their work, and how AI can be used as a thought partner that strengthens judgment rather than accelerating noise. In this session, you will explore: Where complexity and decision pressure are quietly accumulating in your role How invisible labor and misalignment show up before systems break What alignment looks like as a practical operating condition, not an abstract value How noticing earlier creates leverage later You will walk away with: Language for pressures you may have normalized but rarely named A felt reference point for staying aligned while operating at a high level One or two small, immediately applicable shifts that reduce friction and protect your energy A new perspective on using AI to support clarity, judgment, and decision making under pressure This is not a problem solving workshop. It is a recalibration for Chiefs of Staff navigating constant change.
