Part-time Fractional Chief of Staff / Operator

The Role  

I’m looking for a part-time operator/chief of staff who can help me implement the Mochary Method (or a similar system like EOS / Scaling Up) inside BrandLab.  

You’ll guide me through setting up the right operating cadence — meetings, OKRs, accountability systems, and leadership rhythms — and help run it for a few months until it becomes a habit inside the company.  

This is not a coaching role — I’m looking for someone who’s built or run these systems before and can actively drive implementation.

Responsibilities  

• Design and roll out a weekly leadership and pod cadence (exec + team meetings).  
• Build lightweight systems for AORs, OKRs, issues tracking, and decision-making.  
• Sit in on meetings to run the format, take notes, and hold people accountable.  
• Coach the founder (me) and team on how to sustain the rhythm long term.  
• Gradually hand over the system once it’s running smoothly.

Ideal Profile  

• 3–8 years experience as an operator, chief of staff, or systems implementer.  
• Familiar with Mochary Method, EOS, or Scaling Up.  
• Strong at creating structure and follow-through in fast-paced environments.  
• Comfortable working with small, distributed teams in e-commerce or DTC.  
• Available ~5–10 hours per week for 2–3 months.

Compensation & Logistics  

• Fractional / part-time (remote, async-friendly, with some overlap in Asia hours).  
• Retainer range: $2K–4K/month depending on experience.  
• Start: immediate.
