Why This Role Is Valuable 

The Chief of Staff is a key partner to the Head of North America and department leaders, providing critical support across a wide range of initiatives. This role drives strategic planning, oversees cross-functional initiatives, manages client meeting preparation, assists with budget and resource management, improves both internal and external communications. Success in this position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and advanced project management skills to enable effective decision-making, optimize operations, and boost overall organizational performance.

How You Add Value

Advisory and Support

  • Identify organizational issues, friction points, and potential roadblocks, ensuring the Head of North America is equipped with an independent perspective
  • Assist the Head of North America with identifying priorities, strategically align Head of North America’s time with those priorities, and revisit them regularly to assess progress
  • Enable Head of North America strategic decisioning through research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities as directed
  • Provide day-to-day management and operational support, assisting the Head of North America in monitoring critical KPIs and organizational priorities
  • Partner with the Head of North America to develop and execute annual and mid-year strategic plans
  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies to enhance transparency and engagement
  • Prepare quarterly and annual highlight decks for executive and shareholder presentations
  • Support external communications in partnership with the communications team
  • Support quarterly and annual financial reviews and highlight decks for internal and shareholder reporting

Rhythm of the Business

  • Prepare the Head of North America for meetings, ensuring relevant materials, agendas, and talking points are aligned with strategic objectives
  • Deliver the effective planning and preparation of senior executive meetings, such as offsites and leadership meetings
  • Design and develop presentation materials for enterprise level communications (Portfolio Company and Town Hall meetings)
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employee engagement initiatives and communication
  • Identify opportunities and design solutions to create internal and external collaboration and synergies
  • Assist in managing regional budgets, including identifying tradeoffs and resource allocation strategies
  • Partner with Strategic Initiatives team to prepare, organize, and coordinate comprehensive board meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, talking points, and briefing documents to ensure clear communication and informed decision-making

Transformation Initiatives

  • Independently scope, plan, execute and support strategic cross-organizational projects in partnership with functional teams
  • Own delivery and quality of identified projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively
  • Develop close partnerships with Revantage leadership to enable business strategies and goals
  • Develop change management plans and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders

Required

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in operations, financial services, consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively with all levels of an organization, including C-suite
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Experience with operational initiatives such as automation, location strategy, and sustainability is a plus.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft office, and related business intelligence tools.

Preferred

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or other relevant master's degrees that emphasize leadership, strategy, and relationship management.

Base Compensation Range

$177,991.00 To $261,142.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
