Chief of Staff to CRO
Location: Mumbai preferred/ Remote (India)
Working Hours: US Pacific Time Zone (9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST approximately)
Experience: 2-3 years in Chief of Staff/ Account Executive
What You Will Do
- Strategic Support & Execution
- Serve as strategic thought partner to the CRO, helping shape and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic communications.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Represent the CRO in internal and external meetings when required.
- Partnership Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with AWS, Azure, and other strategic technology partners.
- Manage partner relationships and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Create partnership frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes.
- Track partnership metrics and optimize for revenue impact.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on partner integrations.
- Revenue Operations Excellence
- Optimize sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze revenue metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Manage CRO's calendar, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Drive special projects including new market entry and product launches.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate effective communication across global teams (US and India).
- Prepare agendas and follow up on action items from leadership meetings.
- Build relationships with key customers, partners, and investors.
- Support in hiring and onboarding of revenue team members.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience as Chief of Staff, Strategy Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology companies.
- Experience working with US-based teams and understanding of US business culture.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in partnership management or business development preferred.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise software.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), and project management tools.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Flexibility to work in US hours and occasional travel.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for AI technology.
- MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Previous startup experience, especially in Series A-C companies.
- Experience with AI/ML companies or products.
- Existing network in the enterprise software ecosystem.
- Experience with US enterprise sales cycles
