Chief of Staff

Overview

 Serves as a strategic partner to leadership, driving execution across operations, client management, and key initiatives. Ensures alignment between priorities and day-to-day work while maintaining efficient, high-quality delivery across all areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support leadership in executing company strategy, priorities, and long-term initiatives  
  • Manage day-to-day operations, internal workflows, and project timelines to ensure consistency and accountability  
  • Oversee client relationships, ensuring clear communication, strong service, and successful delivery  
  • Lead planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events from concept through completion  
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting to support informed decision-making  
  • Improve systems, processes, and team efficiency to enhance overall performance  
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment, organization, and follow-through on key initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
