• You will move to a city where you know no one.  
• You will walk into doctor's offices with donuts and leave with relationships.  
• You will map an entire healthcare market in weeks — who's independent, who's corporate, who's ready.  
• You will build something from zero patients to a living, breathing community.  
• There is no playbook yet. You'll write it.

What you will NOT do:

• sit in meetings.  
• write reports.  
• Wait for permission.  
• Optimize someone else's system.
