This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Board, and to help shape the organizational backbone of a company at a pivotal growth moment. You’ll operate at the intersection of people, operations and finance, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Our client is a Belgian‑American high‑tech scale‑up building advanced AI‑driven systems at the intersection of software, hardware and real‑world applications. After a recent significant funding round, the company is entering an intense scaling phase, expanding its engineering team internationally and preparing for continued growth and future fundraising rounds.

A senior professional who:

• Has experience with budgets, runway management and organizational scaling

📌 Key Responsibilities  

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO  
• Coordinate budgeting, cashflow, runway tracking and financial governance  
• Prepare board materials, investor reporting and follow‑up actions  
• Drive organizational scaling, processes and governance  
• Build people, talent and compensation frameworks suited for international growth  
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational execution across teams  
• Prepare the organization for the future introduction of a CFO function
