Chief of Staff in Product and Technology

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff In Product And Technology to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead operational performance across a complex footprint while aligning teams around service, efficiency, and execution. You will collaborate across leadership, field teams, and support functions to improve processes, strengthen accountability, and deliver measurable results. The position offers the chance to shape day-to-day performance and long-term operating outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

​

Compensation:

$175,000 – $205,000 annually

​

Responsibilities

​

•  Partner with CPTO on prioritization and decision-making support
•  Own executive communications for internal and external engagements
•  Coordinate development of strategic programs and align team proposals
•  Establish and maintain the leadership operating rhythm
•  Implement governance and reporting mechanisms for accountability
•  Oversee program tracking and manage critical risks
•  Plan cross-functional interactions to align teams on outcomes

Qualifications

​

•  8+ years in program management or leadership roles in tech organizations
•  Experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a Chief of Staff capacity
•  Proven track record in designing executive meeting structures and governance frameworks
•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations
•  Strong project management abilities with a focus on action and detail
•  High emotional intelligence to influence leaders without formal authority
•  Comfortable with ambiguity and technical subject matter, Bachelor’s required; advanced degree preferred
