Having achieved explosive multi-digit monthly growth since its launch, the firm is approaching a major mid-stage funding milestone to scale its modern wealth and retirement infrastructure.  

With a mission to dismantle and rebuild a massive, stagnant multi-trillion-dollar industry, the company is carving out a high-visibility Chief of Staff seat. This is an execution-first, high-exposure position designed to serve as the strategic and operational right hand to a high-velocity, founder-led executive team.

Key Execution Focus

• Executive Leverage & Infrastructure: Embed directly within the executive office to manage communication flows, triage critical priorities, and establish a bulletproof weekly execution cadence. You will ensure high-value momentum is maintained immediately following critical investor, regulatory, and partner handshakes.  
• Capital & Institutional Scaling: Act as a core coordinator for upcoming institutional funding workstreams, managing diligence documentation, investor pipelines, and supporting large-scale credit facility capital raises.  
• Strategic Partnership Drive: Spearhead the operational follow-through on enterprise-level partnerships spanning major digital asset infrastructure providers, global asset managers, and institutional stakeholders.  
• Cross-Functional Architecture: Bridge the gap between the executive office and internal engineering, legal, and growth teams, translating raw ambition into clean internal systems and repeatable playbooks.

The Archetype

• The Foundation: A few years of total professional experience, ideally beginning with a rigorous grounding in traditional finance or institutional investment banking (coverage areas like financial institutions or leveraged finance are highly relevant). This is ideally paired with hands-on operational ownership or business operations experience within a fast-scaling tech environment.
• The High-Functioning Operator: Possesses a deep bias for action and exceptional organizational systems thinking. You are entirely low-ego, equally comfortable managing complex regulatory workflows with external stakeholders and building execution infrastructure from scratch.
• The High-Velocity Mindset: Thrives in an intense, high-performance, and deeply collaborative environment. You anticipate organizational friction points before they happen and operate with absolute discretion and precision.
