This was a great learning experience for me, being someone that is trying to land a first time CoS position. And it reinforced that my skillset is transferable, and the path that I want to take.

This group is invaluable for anyone that wants to succeed at a scaling start-up in a Chief of Staff role. No matter what challenge is thrown at you in the role (and you will see it all), someone in the group has been through it and can provide great insight into how they tackled the issue.

Launchpad has equipped me with a strong foundation for succeeding in the Chief of Staff role. The intimate cohort setting provided a safe environment to ask questions and learn from peers in similar stages of their careers. While the program introduces current Chiefs of Staff to practical skills and frameworks they can apply immediately, I’ve also found many of these tools relevant and valuable in my current role as an aspiring Chief of Staff.

The mental models and frameworks were fantastic! Having a practical resource that I can go back to is really helpful. It was also great to hear about the experiences of more seasoned CoS -- I found that to be particularly helpful for both new insights, and validation on my approaches/thinking.

This was a strong introductory course that contained a good overview of all the components of a Chief of Staff role. I also liked the collaborative feel of the sessions as opposed to sitting for lectures.
