Deputy Chief of Staff
Deputy Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO
Help Build the Future of Real Estate Investing and AI-Driven SaaS
DiversyFund is seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founder & CEO during one of the most important growth phases in company history.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. It's an opportunity for a high-potential operator to become a key architect behind two transformative initiatives:
- Leading operational execution behind a major capital raise
- Helping launch and scale DiversyFund's new Beyond-SaaS platform
- Building the systems, team, and accountability structure required for long-term growth
- Working side-by-side with executive leadership on company-defining decisions
If you're energized by high-growth environments, thrive in ambiguity, and want direct visibility into fundraising, product development, and company-building, this role offers an unusual combination of ownership, influence, and financial upside.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Most early-career operators spend years supporting decisions.
In this role, you'll help drive them.
You'll partner directly with the Founder, leadership team, investors, and technical stakeholders to help turn ambitious goals into measurable outcomes. Your work will directly influence the pace of growth, capital formation, platform development, and organizational scale.
For the right person, this role can become a career-defining launchpad.
Compensation & Upside
Base Salary: $105,000-$125,000
Target Earnings: $500,000+ annualized at goal performance
Additional Upside:
- Revenue-share participation tied to Beyond-SaaS recurring revenue growth
- Long-term phantom equity program
- Direct exposure to executive leadership, fundraising, and strategic decision-making
The compensation structure is intentionally designed for ambitious operators who are motivated by building value and sharing in the results.
