We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the Group CEO who will be a strategic and operational partner responsible for helping drive company priorities, improve cross-functional execution, and ensure alignment across the organization. This role combines business strategy, project management, communication, and leadership support.

About The Role

The Chief of Staff acts as an extension of the CEO, helping manage key initiatives, preparing for important meetings, coordinating across teams, and ensuring follow-through on strategic goals. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company environment. She/he will be a part of the Executive Management meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

  • Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
  • Help translate company strategy into operational plans and measurable objectives
  • Monitor progress on company goals and identify risks, bottlenecks, or opportunities
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and prepare recommendations for business decisions

Project and Operations Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO
  • Ensure key business initiatives stay on track, on budget, and aligned with company priorities
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and accountability across leadership teams
  • Improve and document internal processes as the company scales

Executive Support

  • Prepare the CEO for board meetings, investor meetings, leadership meetings, and key presentations
  • Support CEO decision-making with data, insights, and structured recommendations
  • Manage special projects and sensitive business matters with discretion

Communication and Alignment

  • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Help drive transparency, accountability, and execution across the organization

Leadership and Team Development

  • Role model our leadership behaviors and operating standards
  • Support change management and organizational development efforts
  • Coach and influence leaders to improve cross-functional effectiveness

About You

You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field combined with 2-5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, business management, project management working closely with senior leadership or executive teams. You have experience with project management and organizational development.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic mindset and business acumen. You have a high level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism combined with experience in a high-growth company.
