We’ve spent the last two years building up the foundation of our product and customer processes and are now starting to scale.

What You’ll Do  

As Chief of Staff, you will be the force multiplier for the founders and the executive engine of REMATIQ. This isn't an administrative role; it is a high-stakes, high-impact position designed for a top-tier performer who wants to see exactly how a category-defining company is built from the inside.

You will lead mission-critical 6 and 7-figure projects, bridge the gap between strategy and commercial/product execution, and work directly with the executive levels of global life science companies. Concretely, this means  

• Drive Strategic Projects: Lead the execution of our most complex, high-value initiatives—from market entry strategies to large-scale deployments at Top 10 Pharma & MedTech players.  
• Executive Partnering: Act as a surrogate for the founders in high-level meetings, ensuring alignment and driving decision-making with exec-level stakeholders at global life science giants.  
• Operational Excellence: Build and optimize the "REMATIQ Operating System." You will identify bottlenecks in our growth and design the processes to break through them, ensuring we remain a well-oiled machine as we scale. Yes, this means desigingn & deploying a lot of AI.  
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our roadmap aligns with our most ambitious commercial goals.  
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support the founders in future funding rounds, preparing board materials, and managing communication with our top-tier VC backers.  
• Special Ops: Tackle the "impossible" tasks that don't have a natural home yet—whether it's navigating complex regulatory landscapes or launching a new international entity.

What We’re Looking For  

This is a role for the top 1%. We are looking for an "athlete"—someone with extreme intellectual horsepower, a relentless work ethic, and the social intelligence to navigate complex enterprise environments.  

• Top-Tier Background: 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a high-growth "Unicorn" startup.  
• Ambitious & High Energy: You are looking for a steep learning curve and aren't afraid to put in the reps. You want to be a founder yourself one day, or a C-level executive at a global scale-up.  
• Execution Machine: You don't just slide-deck; you deliver. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and hitting aggressive deadlines.  
• Executive Communication: You can hold your own in a room with the C-suite of a Fortune 500 company. Your communication is structured, concise, and persuasive.  
• Analytical Rigor: You can dive into the data to find the "truth" but also possess the intuition to make decisions when data is scarce.  
• AI Native: You are at the forefront of using AI to 10x your own productivity and are excited about how AI is transforming the life sciences industry.  
• Fluent in English and German.
