MaxHome.AI is building the AI-native operating system for residential real estate - one of the largest industries in the U.S. The platform automates transaction coordination, compliance, and back-office workflows for brokerages, giving agents more time to focus on their clients. Top national firms including Berkshire Hathaway and Coldwell Banker affiliates are already on the platform.

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and founding team to drive company strategy, OKRs, and execution across product, growth, operations, fundraising, and hiring.

This person will:

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and special projects, turning ambiguous ideas into structured plans and measurable outcomes
• Establish operating rhythms and align teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
• Remove blockers and keep top priorities on track as the company scales
• Drive key workstreams across fundraising, hiring, and go-to-market

The ideal candidate:

• Has 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting (startup experience a strong plus)
• Is highly analytical and execution-focused — thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Is comfortable moving quickly from strategy to action with minimal direction
• Is a strong communicator who can work across functions and with external stakeholders

This role is in-person in our SF office.
