We are supporting a fast-growing, founder-led company entering an ambitious growth phase, and we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO in a high-leverage operating role. This is an opportunity to sit at the center of the business, shaping how it runs, ensuring alignment, and driving execution across teams.

What you’ll do:

• Partner directly with the CEO to translate strategy and vision into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Drive the company’s operating rhythm, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, and follow-through.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure teams stay aligned and initiatives progress.
• Build and refine scalable processes and systems to support growth.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they escalate, stepping into gaps as needed.
• Ensure clarity, speed, and momentum as the company grows in complexity.

Who you are:

• An experienced operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
• Comfortable working closely with a founder or senior leader, translating context into action.
• Skilled at turning unclear or loosely defined problems into concrete outcomes.
• Adept at cross-functional alignment and communicating across diverse teams.
• Possess sound judgment, low ego, and a strong bias for action.
• Prior experience in complex or technical environments is a plus, but curiosity and strong judgment matter most.

Must have:

• Chief of staff experience  
• Biotech AI/ML experience
• Be onsite in London
