Chief of Staff/ Project Manager – Business Execution
Location: Business Bay, Dubai | UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chief of Staff/ Project Manager – Business Execution to work closely with the CEO in driving high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
This role focuses on translating business priorities into structured execution plans and ensuring disciplined delivery across functions. The incumbent will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, align stakeholders, and drive projects from concept through completion with clear, measurable outcomes.
The role is ideal for someone who brings strong problem-structuring ability, execution discipline, and experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional business initiatives
- Translate leadership priorities into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Break down complex or ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams
- Coordinate across functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and progress
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines
- Establish and maintain project governance, trackers, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Prepare structured updates and insights for CEO and leadership reviews
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Ensure proper documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes
- Maintain consistency and discipline in execution standards across projects
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred from a reputed institution
- 5–10 years of experience within the UAE/GCC in roles involving:
- Leading cross-functional business initiatives from planning to execution
- Driving transformation, process improvement, or enterprise-wide programs
- Working closely with senior leadership to execute key priorities
- Managing multiple workstreams with defined timelines and outcomes
- Building and implementing execution frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, governance cadences, tracking mechanisms)
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear execution plans
- Coordinate across multiple business functions
- Deliver measurable outcomes (efficiency gains, process improvements, growth enablement)
- Experience in structured, problem-solving environments (e.g., consulting, transformation teams, or high-growth organizations) preferred
