Chief of Staff

Job Description:

Chief of Staff to the CEO, Tsuga

We are a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company, and we're looking for a Chief of Staff to work hand-in-hand with our CEO. You'll take ownership of high-impact initiatives, drive rigor into financial planning and performance, and serve as a trusted connective tissue between the CEO, the executive team, and Board.

You'll have direct exposure to every part of the company, a steep learning curve, and the chance to shape how we scale.

What you will do 

• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on the most important strategic and operational questions facing the business
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from framing the problem to shipping the outcome
• Sharpen our financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking; push back where the numbers don't add up
• Drive alignment and follow-through across the C-suite, unblocking decisions and tightening execution
• Prepare Board decks, investor updates, and leadership materials that are crisp, honest, and decision-ready
• Represent the CEO in internal and external forums when needed, with discretion and sound judgment

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth operating role
• Strong financial fluency (you can build and stress-test a model) and genuine curiosity about technology and product
• High agency: you spot what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be asked
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus
• Willingness to be based in Paris and travel as the business requires
• The confidence and tact to challenge the CEO and other C-level leaders constructively — and the discretion to handle sensitive information with care
