Job Description:
Brick Executive Search's Consumer Products division is partnering with a Physician-led boutique healthcare practice based in New York City, recognized as a pioneer in longevity and (preventative) data-informed care, serving a “high-touch East Coast-West Coast base.”
This position is in-office in NYC, 5 days a week
The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a high-trust, high-impact leadership role designed to increase the CEO's effectiveness and accelerate company growth. This role operates as an extension of the CEO, translating vision into execution, shaping decisions, aligning leaders, and ensuring the organization runs with clarity, discipline, and momentum.
This is not an administrative role. It is a strategic operator, integrator, and decision partner role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution and people in a health and wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO Partnership and Decision Support
- Act as the CEO's primary thought partner by framing decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and pressure-testing ideas
- Translate the CEO's vision and priorities into clear initiatives, success metrics, and execution plans. Aid in upkeep of calendar; keep CEO organized.
- Prepare concise decision briefs, dashboards, and updates that surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Be well-versed; have strong written communication skills.
- Represent the CEO in internal discussions when appropriate and ensure decisions are communicated and executed. Facilitate and keep up with podcasts as needed.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, service expansion, member experience, technology, or operational scale
- Create and maintain operating cadences including weekly priorities, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning
- Build or refine SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems to support scale
- Strengthen communication flow between leadership, practitioners, and operations
- Client Experience and Service Integrity
- Partner with clinical leaders, practitioners, and service teams to protect and elevate the client experience
- Monitor experience metrics including retention, engagement, utilization, referrals, and satisfaction
- Ensure new offerings and growth initiatives align with brand promise and care standards
- Support onboarding, quality standards, and continuous improvement for providers and care teams
- People, Culture, and Leadership Support
- Reinforce a culture aligned with CEO's values including TRUST, care, excellence, and accountability
- Support leadership development, role clarity, and organizational design as the company grows
- Help the CEO address performance issues, decision bottlenecks, and leadership alignment challenges
- Act as a stabilizing presence during periods of growth, change, or ambiguity
- Business Performance and Financial Awareness
- Track and synthesize key business metrics including revenue, membership growth, utilization, labor efficiency, and margins
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with insight and recommendations
- Identify operational or structural opportunities to improve profitability without compromising care quality
- Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
- Lead high-impact projects such as new service launches, partnerships, technology rollouts, or care model innovations
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Step into ambiguous or high-priority initiatives that require executive-level ownership
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8+ years of experience across operations, strategy, consulting, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or high-touch service businesses
- Prior experience working directly with a CEO, Founder, or Executive team required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-growing environments and interaction with global clientele and Titans of Industry.
