Chief of Staff

Job Description:

Assemble is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to partner directly with our leadership team and help drive strategic initiatives, including an upcoming book launch and leadership development offerings. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing complex projects, strengthening business operations and processes, and supporting financial planning and performance.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of formal Chief of Staff experience, strong business and financial judgment, exceptional writing and communication skills, and practical fluency with AI tools.

This is a remote, full-time consulting engagement with the potential to become permanent; candidates must be based in the NYC tri-state area (NY, NJ, or CT) and available for occasional in-person meetings in New York City and New Jersey.
