We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders of a fast-growing AI healthcare startup.

​

You’ll take ownership of the problems that matter most—across operations, sales, product, customer success, engineering and hiring. The remit is broad, the pace is high and you won’t be waiting for someone to define your next project.

​

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years’ experience  

• Experience scaling a Seed to Series B startup strongly preferred  

• Consulting or VC backgrounds also considered  

• Healthcare or healthtech experience  

• Strong operator who has led ambiguous projects end-to-end  

• Comfortable using data and project management tools  

• Proactive, direct and able to deliver without heavy oversight  

• Strong academic background

You must be based in, or willing to relocate to, San Francisco and comfortable working on-site full-time.
