Job Description

You will be the connective tissue between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions, reporting directly to the CEO. As the company prepares for Series B, you will design the organizational architecture and information flows required to scale from 25 to 100+ people, ensuring the culture remains high-velocity while decarbonizing heavy industry.

What You Will Do

  •  Design and implement the organizational hierarchy, responsibility structures, and seamless data flow across technical and non-technical departments.
  •  Own and execute high-stakes strategic projects across Series B fundraising, government engagement, and commercial expansion.
  •  Build rapid up-skilling and onboarding frameworks to eliminate team bottlenecks and maintain culture during rapid headcount growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  •  5-6+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of scaling a startup through the 30-to-100+ person transition.
  •  Background in hardware engineering or deep tech with a first-principles approach to solving complex, ambiguous operational problems.
  •  Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and commercial/financial functions.
