Launchpad has equipped me with a strong foundation for succeeding in the Chief of Staff role. The intimate cohort setting provided a safe environment to ask questions and learn from peers in similar stages of their careers. While the program introduces current Chiefs of Staff to practical skills and frameworks they can apply immediately, I’ve also found many of these tools relevant and valuable in my current role as an aspiring Chief of Staff.

As a 4× Chief of Staff, it was genuinely refreshing to learn from such a diverse group of experienced practitioners. The speakers brought thoughtful, relevant perspectives, but what stood out most for me was the community. Being able to bounce ideas off others and sit in a space where you realise you’re not alone in the role made a huge difference. Tom and Scott have done an amazing job creating that kind of open, supportive environment.

Tangible products to take away from these sessions were very useful. While great to have the “think big” conversations, it was also very nice to be able to walk away and come BACK to a real template or written framework to guide/reference.
