As the Founders Associate at Ligo Biosciences, you will serve as the operational backbone and CEO’s right-hand. You'll tackle everything from setting up lab robotics and office design to managing investor relations and hiring logistics. This high-ownership role is designed for an adaptable generalist eager to build a fast-moving startup from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end office operations, including physical workspace design, hardware setup, and the coordination of specialized lab equipment and robotics.

• Drive the company's growth by running point on hiring logistics, talent sourcing, and building essential internal processes from scratch.
