About Serve Freight:
Serve Freight is a fast-growing freight brokerage with a mission bigger than logistics. We’re building a business grounded in excellence, integrity, and purpose—putting service first. Our team spans the US and Ukraine, with customer-facing roles in the US and back-office/support in Ukraine.
As we scale, we seek a dynamic, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This isn’t a traditional support role—it’s a high-impact position at the heart of our growth. You’ll turn vision into execution, drive alignment, and keep everyone focused on what matters most. This is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wants to shape the backbone of a growing company, and is motivated by building durable systems and processes.

- Project Management: Track company-wide initiatives, maintain accountability, and drive milestones.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems, tools, and workflows.
- Meeting Prep & Follow-Through: Structure agendas, capture actions, and ensure next steps.
- Internal Communication: Extend the CEO’s reach to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Research & Analysis: Provide data and recommendations to support decisions.
- Execution Partner: Fill gaps—from vendor coordination to special projects—to maintain momentum.
- SOP Creation: Assisting the CEO with creating SOPs to standardize workflows.
- OKRs / EOS Alignment: Assisting the CEO with incorporating OKRs (or EOS) to drive quarterly goals.
