Role Description  

We're looking for an exceptional recent graduate to join the CEO as their right hand, working at the heart of company strategy and enterprise sales. You'll work side-by-side with the CEO on Globeholder's most critical topics: strategic initiatives, enterprise sales, key client relationships, and cross-functional projects.  

Responsibilities include:  

  • Coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment across company goals  
  • Analyzing data and synthesizing insights to inform strategic decisions  
  • Preparing presentations and facilitating communication between stakeholders  
  • Organizing the CEO's priorities and streamlining workflows  
  • Supporting enterprise sales efforts and key client engagements

What we're looking for  

  • Recent graduate from a top engineering or business school (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields)  
  • Fluent in English and French  
  • Hard-working, ambitious, and ready to operate at the CEO's pace  
  • Quick learner, with strong analytical intelligence and a structured mindset  
  • Comfortable adopting and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making  
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, able to handle multiple initiatives in parallel  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Able to work independently and remotely, with proactive, self-starting behavior  
  • Strong interest in enterprise sales, company strategy, and technology (AI, infrastructure, energy, or finance is a plus)  

Location  

Fully remote — open to candidates based in North America, the UAE, or Europe.  

Contract  

Open to either a consulting contract or a permanent position (CDI), depending on the candidate's profile and preference.
