The Platform

We are building a cross-domain industrial energy and infrastructure platform operating at the intersection of:

• Industrial equipment acquisition and redeployment

• Power plant and grid-tied asset transitions

• Data center infrastructure

• Grid interconnection and tie-in rights positioning

• Private equity and asset-backed capital structuring

• Reverse supply chain logistics

• Government-adjacent infrastructure realities

This is not an administrative Chief of Staff role. It is a strategic integration position designed to align legal, financial, operational, and capital streams across complex infrastructure initiatives.

The Role

The Chief of Staff serves as a cross-functional integrator ensuring that multi-party initiatives move forward with clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.

You will operate across:

• Legal structuring and contract review

• Capital formation and private equity dialogue

• Grid tie-in and redevelopment positioning

• Infrastructure partnerships and logistics coordination

• Asset-backed financing structures

• Regulatory and compliance awareness

Your mandate is to translate technical, legal, and financial inputs into coherent strategy and decision-ready frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Integration

• Align legal, financial, engineering, and operational workstreams.

• Develop executive briefs and structured decision frameworks.

• Identify misaligned incentives and structural friction early.

Capital & Finance Support

• Assist in private equity and capital partner conversations.

• Structure ROI narratives and asset-backed financing logic.

• Maintain visibility into cash flow realities and capital constraints.

• Coordinate clean data rooms and investor materials.

Legal & Risk Coordination

• Review contracts, scopes, and partnership structures.

• Surface ambiguity, regulatory considerations, and structural risk.

• Coordinate with internal and external counsel as needed.

Infrastructure & Energy Development

• Support analysis of grid interconnection and tie-in rights.

• Assist in redevelopment positioning for power and industrial sites.

• Coordinate across equipment partners, logistics providers, and engineering teams.

Multi-Stakeholder Orchestration

• Track cross-party commitments and timelines.

• Maintain disciplined follow-through across partners.

• Ensure the right issues reach the CEO at the right time, pre-processed and actionable.

Experience in one or more of the following domains:

• Infrastructure law or regulatory advisory

• Energy project development

• Data center development

• Power generation or grid interconnection

• Private equity or asset-backed finance

• Investment banking (infrastructure / energy focus)

• Hard-asset platform operations

• Government or quasi-government infrastructure roles
