Role Description

This is a remote role for a Chief of Staff reporting into the Office of the CEO. The Chief of Staff will support executive leadership in strategic planning, decision-making, and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating business activities across departments, preparing reports and presentations, managing key projects, and serving as a communication liaison among stakeholders. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will drive organizational priorities, analyze data for informed decision-making, and ensure alignment of company goals across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in strategic planning, business operations, and decision-support analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise efficiently among multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives and foster team collaboration
• Proficiency with technologies and tools for data analysis and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in construction technology, consulting, or a related industry is highly preferred
