Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £110k - £130k base + Bonus / Equity
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s closest partner in running and scaling a growing AI-powered software business. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment and can help translate vision into execution, ensuring the right priorities are delivered at the right pace across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the CEO and Executive Leadership Team’s thought partner, helping translate vision into clear organisational priorities
- Attending key leadership meetings, capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through
- Preparing for board meetings, investor updates, partner conversations, and internal team engagements
- Owning the operating cadence of the business, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, management reporting, and annual operating plans
- Maintaining visibility across cross-functional priorities and dependencies to keep teams aligned and focused
- Driving accountability across the leadership team for delivery against company goals
- Leading strategic and cross-functional projects from planning through to execution
- Supporting company-wide transformation programmes and change initiatives
- Line managing the heads of Finance and People, providing direction, support, and performance feedback
- Overseeing annual planning and budgeting processes in partnership with Finance
- Owning internal communications, company-wide updates, and messaging around strategic priorities
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in a strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff role
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through to execution
- Strong analytical and financial literacy, with the ability to interpret business performance data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience managing and developing senior teams or direct reports
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing high-quality materials for board and investor audiences
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and operating without a fully defined playbook
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong judgement, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive and commercially critical information
- A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership
