Role Description

As a Co-Founder at AI Templets, you will help shape the company’s vision, product strategy, and go-to-market approach while working closely with other founders to drive growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartsdale, NY, requiring close collaboration, rapid experimentation, and hands-on involvement across product, business, and operations. On a day-to-day basis, you will validate customer needs, define product roadmaps, and work with designers and engineers to ship and refine core platform features. You will lead efforts in market research, customer discovery, sales conversations, and partnership development to expand adoption and revenue. You will also contribute to fundraising activities, hiring plans, operational processes, and building a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities to evaluate markets, test assumptions, interpret data, and inform product and business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, pitch to customers and investors, and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, running discovery calls, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Marketing experience in positioning products, defining target segments, and executing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of ownership, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or developer tools is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hartsdale, NY, and commit to a full-time, high-engagement leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; prior startup or founding experience is a strong plus.
