Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff — Pelleton Renewables | Singapore

We’re a well-funded Swiss clean tech scale-up, and we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO.

Pelleton has developed a proprietary, patented technology for biowaste pre-treatment — a cleaner, more cost-effective alternative to conventional methods. We’re building the leading biomass conversion platform for biofuel and distributed energy, and we’re in active execution mode across Singapore, the US, Australia, and Europe.

The Role

This is an execution-focused, hands-on position — not an EA role and not a caretaker role. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand: turning priorities into action, unblocking bottlenecks, and making sure nothing slips. Scope spans CEO support, finance oversight, marketing and lead generation, corporate governance, and HR. It will evolve as we scale.

From day one you’ll be at the centre of a high-growth company at an inflection point.

• Has high EQ and handles direct feedback well in both directions
• Knows how to triage competing priorities and never lets critical things slip silently
• Has previously supported a CEO or founder in a fast-moving environment
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely enjoys building things

We value street smartness and practical experience. A background in consulting or strategy is a plus, as is operational hands-on experience.
