Job Description:

Role: Chief Of Staff, Mandarin Speaking Only (Junior Management)  

Candidate: Singaporean / Singapore PR Only  

Location: Japan, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong & 90% time spend outside Singapore.  

Salary Range: $8,000 - $10,000 + Overseas Allowance.

Role Description  

As Chief of Staff (Junior Management Role), you will play a pivotal role in being a business consultant to the CEO and driving strategic initiatives, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing special projects, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, overseeing organizational priorities, and acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team.

You will handle internal and external communications, assist in shaping company strategy, and analyze business data to support decision-making. You will assist in problem solving for the CEO. This is a full-time, on-site role based in outside of Singapore primarily in Japan, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong or travel to wherever CEO is headed to.

Qualifications  

• Strategic thinking, business analysis, and organizational leadership skills  
• 5-6 years leadership or managerial role in any capacity is welcome to apply  
• Expertise in project management, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement  
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced environments  
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and resource allocation  
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain technology, and the startup ecosystem is highly desirable  
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field  
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or project management role  
• Excellent understanding of the Southeast Asian market is a plus  
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must to assist CEO to liaise with Mandarin speaking business partners.

This is a Junior Management role acting as business consultant & business coordination to the CEO. Other career progression may include a more senior transition role later on.
