Chief of Staff

Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading private equity firm who are looking to hire a Chief of Staff within their Financial Services. Based in Dublin, this is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic execution, operational priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role sits at the centre of the business and will play a key part in coordinating strategy and delivery across key workstreams.

​

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key partner to senior leadership within financial services.
• Drive execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across the firm.
• Support prioritisation and tracking of key initiatives and performance metrics.
• Prepare executive updates, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with investment and deal teams to support delivery of priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution.
• Ensure alignment across strategy, operations, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Chief of Staff, consulting, strategy, or investment role.
• Financial services or private equity experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic or operational projects.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, or related field.
• Highly organised with strong execution capability.

Day-to-Day:

• Working closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities.
• Tracking and driving delivery of key initiatives.
• Coordinating across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Producing analysis, updates, and executive materials
• Supporting planning and prioritisation processes.
• Monitoring performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Acting as a central coordination point across workstreams.
