Chief of Staff (m/f/x)

What you will do

​

• Drive the founders’ priority initiatives: Turn ambiguous strategic questions into structured projects with clear owners, momentum, and measurable outcomes.

​

• Prepare high-quality decisions: Analyze data, speak with customers and teammates, challenge assumptions, and deliver concise recommendations.

​

• Execute across functions: Work hands-on with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on topics such as structuring a launch, unblocking a deal, improving a process, or resolving an urgent customer issue.

​

• Strengthen leadership communication: Prepare leadership meetings, financial models, board and investor materials; manage key external stakeholders.

​

• Build the operating rhythm: Improve how ZeKju operates, prioritizes, follows through, and uses AI and automation to move faster.

​

• Balance speed and precision: Know when 80/20 progress is enough, and when high-detail execution matters. Spot risks early and remove obstacles.

​

Who we’re looking for

​

• Experience: 2–5 years in a high-growth startup, founder’s office, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or an operating role.

​

• High agency: You don’t wait for a detailed brief; you identify what matters and make progress independently.

​

• Fast learner: You build credibility in unfamiliar areas such as logistics, AI, sales, data or operations within days or weeks.

​

• Analytical rigor with practical judgment: You can build a model, but you also know when talking to five customers is the better move.

​

• Strong communicator: You translate complex topics into clear, actionable language in both German and English.

​

• Industry curiosity: You want to understand the industry through frontline customer contact and influence the success of selected high-priority projects.

​

• Team player: You are energized by a small, ambitious team where your work visibly changes the company’s trajectory.
