Chief of Staff (Global Luxury Brand – Paris HQ)
Job Description:
Our client, a globally recognised luxury brand, is seeking to appoint a Chief of Staff to be based at their Paris headquarters.
This is a highly strategic and visible position, operating at the centre of the organisation and working in close partnership with senior leadership. The role offers broad exposure across all areas of the business, including global markets, commercial performance, operations, and long-term strategic planning.
The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the leadership team in driving alignment, shaping priorities, and ensuring the effective execution of key initiatives across an international and multi-layered organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Execution
- Support senior leadership in defining and refining global business priorities, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives across markets and functions
- Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable plans, ensuring follow-through and delivery
Business Performance & Insights
- Monitor and analyse business performance across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare strategic updates, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and structured analysis
Cross-Functional & Global Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across global markets and internal functions
- Ensure alignment between headquarters and regional teams across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive consistency and execution of key initiatives
Project Leadership
- Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional projects from concept through to execution
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Provide structure and clarity across complex initiatives involving multiple regions and teams
Executive Communication & Governance
- Support the preparation of executive meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Ensure clear communication of strategic priorities and decisions across the organisation
- Maintain oversight of key initiatives, ensuring accountability and progress tracking
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a strategic, operational, or consulting environment, ideally within luxury, retail, or consumer-focused industries
- Strong understanding of global business operations, with exposure to multi-market environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness
