Chief of Staff

Job Description:

Gahp is not a consulting firm. We are a Closure Firm. We eliminate operational decay and install operational supremacy for $10M+ enterprises.

As the chief of staff, your mission is to protect the CEO’s focus and the integrity of the Supremacy Framework. You are the guardian of the "Audit Windows" and the filter through which all high-stakes communication must pass. You don't just "schedule"; you architect the CEO’s time to ensure maximum financial impact for our clients.

The Core role.

1. Commander of the "Audit Windows"  

   Our Fragility audit are high-intensity, high-value operations. You will manage these windows with zero margin for error. You ensure that when the CEO steps into an audit, every piece of data is present, every stakeholder is aligned, and the objective is clear.

1. Gatekeeper of the Digital Perimeter  

   You own the Zoom room. You are the first and last person stakeholders see. You vet every participant, enforce the agenda, and ensure that no "strategy fluff" enters the call. If it doesn't move the P&L, it doesn't get a minute on the CEO's calendar.

​

1. Intent-to-Execution Translator  

   You will sit in the edge of high-level negotiations and audits. Your job is to capture the CEO’s intent and translate it into actionable directives for our internal teams and client COOs. You ensure that "Closure" happens even when the CEO is off-grid.

1. Operational Integrity Enforcement  

   You will monitor the internal Gahp processes for "Decay." If a deliverable is sliding or a protocol is being bypassed, you close the gap before the CEO even notices it opened.

The Profile

• Prioritization: You understand the difference between "Urgent" and "Impactful." You protect the CEO’s deep-work blocks like a sovereign border.

• Operational Literacy: You can speak the language of EBITDA, Working Capital, and Target Operating Models. You aren't just taking notes; you are following the logic.

​

• High EQ, Low Ego: You are comfortable being the most influential person in the room that no one is looking at.

​

• Zero-Time Response: You operate with the speed and precision of the zero-time response sector. You don't "circle back"; you resolve.

​

• Tech Sovereignty: You are proficient in managing hardware-level encryption, secure comms, and digital workflow tools (Zoom, CRM, Project Management).

• You are not a "Yes-person."
• You are not a traditional secretary.
• You are not someone who needs to be told "how" to fix a problem.
