The Chief of Staff Launchpad is a rigorous, cohort-based certification for operators and Chiefs of Staff who want to master the role fast. Built for working professionals, it goes beyond functional know-how to develop the strategic, interpersonal, and organizational fluency required to operate as a trusted partner to your Principal and leadership team.
You'll move through four core modules:
1.) The CoS operating system
2.) Strategic execution
3.) Influence and communication
4.) Leverage, AI and career
This course pairs on-demand lessons with live, hands-on workshops. The whole program runs in a single intensive week, so you build real capability without putting your job on hold.

Cohort Details
- Format: a one-week intensive — on-demand lessons you watch on your own schedule, plus two live, expert-led workshop days (~2–3 hours each), and a live office-hours session for questions and personalized guidance.
- Time commitment: ~5–6 hours of live time in a single week, plus short pre-work and homework assignements
- Recordings: on demand lessons are always available to you during and after the cohort.
- Certification: earn a digital certification badge to showcase on LinkedIn and your professional profiles

This program is designed for:

Plan for 2-3 hours per week, including one live session (~60 min), optional office hours, and reflection or application exercises to integrate the frameworks into your day-to-day role.
Launchpad sessions are not recorded. The presentations are shared after each class. You’ll be able to catch up with any missed classes at each of the available office hours.
