We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Amsterdam for our second meetup of 2026.
Building on the momentum from our first gathering this year, this borrel is all about continuing to strengthen connections within the local CoS community — while also creating space for more practical, behind-the-scenes sharing.

This informal, in-person gathering will bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of relaxed conversation, meaningful connections, and practical insights.
Alongside open networking, we’ll introduce a light “show & tell” format, where a few attendees will walk through real examples from their day-to-day work — the systems, templates, and processes that quietly keep their organizations running.
Think of it as a peek behind the curtain into how Chiefs of Staff actually operate.
You might hear things like:
How someone structures their weekly CEO brief and why
A practical approach to running OKRs or leadership reviews
A system or workflow that’s made a meaningful impact
The goal is to keep things grounded, practical, and useful — with plenty of room for discussion, questions, and shared learning.

Who is this event for?
This meetup is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
Please include your current job title and company so we can verify your role and approve your registration.
