Job Title: Founder’s Office
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: Founder / CEO
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership professional to work in the Founder’s Office, responsible for liaisoning, coordination, and end-to-end execution across internal teams, external partners, and authorities in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and all stakeholders
· Liaise with banks, consultants, PROs, and vendors
· Support compliance processes, renewals, and regulatory documentation
· Manage Founder’s follow-ups, priorities, and action items
· Ensure timely execution of tasks with strong tracking and reporting
· Handle confidential information with discretion
Candidate Profile
· 3–6 years experience in Founder’s Office / CEO Office / EA / Operations
· Strong liaisoning, communication, and follow-up skills
· Exposure to UAE regulations and compliance coordination preferred
· Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
