We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can help us execute at an elite level while keeping things fun, simple, and effective.

The Role

As Chief of Staff at Vamo, you will be the founders’ strategic right hand — a multiplier across operations, product, partnerships, hiring, and investor relations. You will operate as both a strategic partner and an execution machine, helping Vamo scale from startup to rocketship.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the ground floor, work directly with the founder (who previously sold his last company for $36M at age 22), and influence everything from company strategy to the culture we’re building.

What You’ll Do

• Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly company operating rhythms
• Own special projects across product, growth, and community — from zero to launch
• Turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution
• Build and manage systems that keep the company moving fast
• Work closely with the founder on strategic decisions, prioritization, and communication
• Manage cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, community, and partnerships
• Prepare fundraising materials, investor updates, and strategic docs
• Recruit early team members, developers, and operators
• Handle high-leverage tasks that free the founder to focus on product and vision
• Safeguard Vamo’s culture of speed, simplicity, and playful creativity

• You're humble, fun, and don’t take yourself too seriously — but you take execution deadly seriously
• Bonus: experience in startups, venture, product management, or leading special projects
