We are now hiring a Global Chief of Staff to sit inside the founder’s circle, and build the connective tissue between vision, execution, and accountability.

🎯 The Role  

In war rooms, there are two types of power: the one that speaks, and the one that listens before anything is said.  

As Global Chief of Staff, you will be the latter — calm, precise, invisible yet central.  

 You will sit beside the founder.  

 You will orchestrate a global company operating across timezones, legal jurisdictions, asset classes, and capital corridors.  

You will not manage — you will align.  

 You will not control — you will structure.  

 You will not report — you will remember what matters when others forget.  

This is not a salaried job.  

 It is an equity-first, performance-based partnership for someone who wants to earn their seat — and help build an institution that outlives its founders.

🔧 Core Responsibilities  

• Architect and maintain the global operating cadence across all Shepherds verticals: Capital (SG/Mumbai), Ops (Dubai/India), Governance (London), AI (Bay Area)  
• Drive strategic execution across liquidity planning, FO syndicates, Series A readiness, and city expansion  
• Structure and professionalize internal governance: from board decks to risk logs to compliance metrics  
• Align leadership priorities with tactical execution: investor roadshows, city P&Ls, hiring, legal reviews  
• Serve as founder proxy in sensitive, high-leverage conversations (internal or external)  
• Build Shepherds’ invisible architecture — decision matrices, cross-border trust flows, Notion systems  
• Orchestrate regulatory and risk-proofing operations across asset onboarding, FO capital, and legal entities  
• Prepare the org for institutional scrutiny, due diligence, and board governance cycles
