The Opportunity
The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the company’s growth agenda. Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, you will help drive priority initiatives that unlock value across the business, from organic growth to M&A-led expansion. This role offers significant exposure, responsibility, and the chance to have a tangible impact on the trajectory of a rapidly scaling platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team to drive strategic planning and execution across the business
- Lead and support value creation initiatives, translating strategy into measurable outcomes
- Play a key role in M&A activity, including target assessment, diligence, integration, and post-merger value delivery
- Support expansion initiatives, including new markets, services, and operating models
- Drive product, pricing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with commercial leadership
- Identify and execute process optimisation and operational improvement opportunities to support scale
- Act as a central point of coordination across leadership, functional teams, and PE stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting
- Exposure to a PE–backed environment, ideally within a high-growth or scaling business
- A strong track record of driving value creation across M&A, integration, GTM, product strategy, or operational transformation
- Experience across business services, financial services, or technology / tech-enabled sectors (business services experience a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate with influence at senior levels
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach and comfort operating in ambiguity
