Chief of Staff, Managed Services Organization

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff Managed Services Organization to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$227,952 – $341,928 annually

Responsibilities

​

•  Drive the operational cadence of the President's office
•  Lead end-to-end project management of strategic initiatives
•  Act as a thought partner and information hub for the President
•  Monitor progress on organizational priorities and surface issues proactively
•  Facilitate cross-functional communication and the company
•  Manage strategic relationships on behalf of the President
•  Develop executive-level analysis and communications

Qualifications

​

•  10+ years in management consulting, project management, or operational roles
•  5+ years as a chief of staff in executive operations or strategic consulting
•  Experience supporting C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
•  Track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
•  Proficient in developing executive-level communications and presentations
•  Ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent decisions
