  • Lead bi-weekly team meetings to share updates, align goals, and encourage collaboration across studios.
  • Onboard new instructors with clear guidance on culture, expectations, and studio logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors—supporting their needs, providing regular check-ins, and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events and initiatives that strengthen instructor-member relationships.
  • Coordinate quarterly instructor reviews in partnership with the Studio Owner.

Instructor & Schedule Management

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators to ensure a high standard of teaching and service.
  • Oversee and adjust class schedules based on trends, availability, and seasonal needs.
  • Manage the subbing process to ensure reliable class coverage.
  • Maintain, add, or cancel classes, workshops, and trainings as needed.
  • Handle private session requests and scheduling.
  • Assist with instructor transitions (onboarding/offboarding), including system updates and access management.

Studio Operations

  • Manage retail inventory and studio displays.
  • Coordinate studio maintenance and essential supply restocking.
  • Update in-studio signage and promotional materials on a weekly basis.
  • Track and submit expenses monthly.

Administrative Support

  • Serve as an expert in the Momence booking system; support team members with system navigation and complex client issues.
  • Help define and refine studio SOPs, policies, and procedures for clarity and consistency.
  • Identify operational improvements and implement actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Owner on promotional campaigns, community events, and unique programming (e.g., yoga in the park, specialty workshops).
  • Work with our graphic designer and social media associate to ensure accurate, timely studio communications.

Qualifications

  • Passion for and understanding of the yoga, fitness, or wellness industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
