The Chief of Staff is a senior strategic role designed to extend the reach and effectiveness of the Group Chairman. The successful candidate will act as a high-level partner, managing the execution of the Chairman's top priorities and ensuring the organization remains aligned with the Group’s long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and hold the authority to finalize and close commercial deals
- Work closely with the Executive Committee, ensuring that leadership decisions are communicated clearly and translated into action
- Drive the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all departments remain aligned with the Group’s long-term vision
- Identify and resolve friction points within the business. Adapt a "hands-on" approach to dive into the granular details of a project or department to fix issues directly
- Prepare the Chairman and ExCo for Board and meetings by synthesizing complex data into high-level, actionable briefings
- Manage the operational rhythm of the Chairman's office, serving as a filter to ensure executive focus is dedicated exclusively to the firm’s highest-leverage priorities
- Monitor the internal climate of the firm to identify emerging risks, or cultural misalignments before they require formal intervention
- Lead sensitive, early-stage assignments—such as market entries or internal restructuring
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field from a leading university
- An MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable
- A background in management consulting, corporate development, or a senior operational role within a professional services or corporate environment
- A proven track record of managing complex negotiations and a deep understanding of the levers that drive business profitability
- Experience influencing senior executives and Board-level stakeholders to reach consensus on difficult decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-level strategy while simultaneously overseeing the practical, day-to-day details of project delivery
