Advisor360° is seeking a strategic, nimble, and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to our CEO. In this highly visible role, you will operate at the highest levels of the organization, helping shape strategic direction, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving the execution of critical initiatives that impact the company’s growth and performance.
This is more than a driver role. We are looking for a business-minded operator with a strong executive presence who can influence senior leadership, keep the company accountable to its goals, and bring clarity and momentum to our most important work.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning and Influence
- Partner directly with the CEO to define and execute company strategy, translating high-level vision into clear, actionable priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team. Lead the annual planning and quarterly OKR process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and organizational accountability.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or misalignments that could impact business goals.
- Operational Excellence and Results Delivery
- Own the tracking and reporting of KPIs and OKRs across the company, using data to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
- Implement and improve systems, workflows, and processes to increase clarity, transparency, and execution velocity.
- Support the CEO in developing board materials, investor updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Executive Enablement and Business Cadence
- Manage the rhythm of the business, including executive meetings, offsites, and operating reviews.
- Drive follow-through on strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver on priorities.
- Act as an extension of the CEO by anticipating needs, removing barriers, and ensuring high-impact work stays on track.
What You Bring To The Table
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced business environment, preferably in management consulting, strategic operations, or finance.
- A track record of success as a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations Lead, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience owning and delivering results tied to KPIs and OKRs.
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with a confident yet collaborative approach.
- A proactive, low-ego team player who thrives on solving problems, enabling others, and making a meaningful impact.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $228,000 - $264,000
