The Chief of Staff Network is a private community focused on connecting Chiefs of Staff from the fastest growing companies around the world. Our members orient towards the strategic side of the position (vs. more administrative roles) and hail from technology startups spanning industries from finance to healthcare to media and fortune 500 companies.
Our community meets in an atmosphere of confidentiality, respect and trust to learn from one another and exchange ideas. We are a unique group of operators & generalists working to build world-class companies. We help each other dig into real situations impacting our businesses, people, culture and careers everyday.
Your membership includes the following:
The first step is to submit an application. This helps us to get to know you better and understand your goals. We ask every new applicant for a referral from an existing member. This has helped maintain an environment of trust and candidness. Chances are if you know another Chief of Staff, they are probably already part of the community! You can still apply without a referral, but we do weigh this in our application.
If we think you’ll be a good fit, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a 20 minute phone call with you. We always have more high-quality applicants than we have spaces for new members, so you may be placed on our waitlist until we have a spot for you.
A 1-year membership costs $739 per year but may be paid monthly. We believe that investing in accelerating your career is one of the most meaningful investments that you can make.
The Chief of Staff Network is for professionals actively serving in a Chief of Staff position. We know there are many CoS-esque roles, but your public facing title should include Chief of Staff to be eligible for the Network.
Alumni - If you used to be a Chief of Staff, we’d love to speak with you. Contact Us.
Many of our members’ companies view this cost as a learning and development investment for their Chief of Staff. We will work with you and your principal on this proposal to have some or all of the membership cost expensed.
We understand that everyone’s personal and professional lives can be unpredictable. If you’re participating in a CoS Pod or Development Track, you should expect to spend 2-3 hours per week on the material and live sessions for the duration of the program. All other roundtables and events are optional to join and we record many of our sessions for future reference!
