Plenty of great Chiefs of Staff started as Executive Assistants. You're already running the calendar behind the leadership team, managing stakeholders and keeping your principal on track. Launchpad turns that experience into the frameworks, language and credential that hiring managers look for, so you can make the case for the role, internally or in your next search.
You'll move through four core modules:

This course pairs on-demand lessons with live, hands-on workshops. The whole program runs in a single intensive week, so you build real capability without putting your job on hold.

Cohort Details
- Format: a one-week intensive: on-demand lessons you watch on your own schedule, plus two live, expert-led workshop days (~2–3 hours each), and a live office-hours session for questions and personalized guidance.
- Time commitment: ~5-6 hours of live time in a single week, plus short pre-work and homework assignments
- Recordings: on-demand lessons stay available during and after the cohort. Live workshops aren't recorded, but slides are shared after each session.
- Certification: earn a digital certification badge to showcase on LinkedIn and your professional profiles
- Available formats: self-paced, live cohort, or live cohort + 1:1 coaching
