VP, Radiology Operations

Who are we looking for?

The VP, Radiology Operations will lead a dynamic services group that caters to radiology providers and integrative healthcare systems providing radiology services. They will be a process-oriented leader who can oversee day-to-day operations of the Radiology division ensuring an exceptional level of service and support to existing and new customers. Additionally, this leader will have the vision to evolve the infrastructure to accommodate rapid growth.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for the professional development of the Radiology organization including, hiring, training, career advancement and performance management
  • Ensure that support models are focused on relentless execution, enhancing the customer experience
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Participate in the development of a comprehensive strategy to respond to current and future challenges presented by acquisitions, legislation, compliance, and health care reform in order to monitor and address changing revenue cycle practices
  • Accountable for operations to include budget preparation and development of budget tracking metrics underlying accurate and timely forecasts, salary administration, equipment purchases, and establishment of annual goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing rendered patient services and reimbursement. Ensure consistent implementation of corporate policies and HIPAA

What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare or a related discipline required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in healthcare enterprise software and services, with a particular focus on Radiology services
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader of other leaders
  • Deep knowledge of operational Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Demonstrated experience building meaningful relationships with C-level client Executives

What does the position pay?

You may be hired as an AVP or VP based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience. The compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $225,000- 295,000 base annual compensation in addition to a management bonus plan. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
