We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive leader to build and lead a world-class executive operations function at our 180-person (Series B, profitable) tech scale-up. As an Strategy & Operations Lead, your mission is to drive organizational excellence by implementing systematic, data-driven approaches to goal setting, performance management, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve our performance management framework, including company-wide OKRs, progress tracking, and team-level alignment;
- Work closely with the leadership team to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, supporting execution across departments;
- Lead the goal-setting process across teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, alignment with business impact, and transparency in progress;
- Build and maintain cross-functional operating cadences, including: weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual planning sessions and strategy offsites;
- Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, working with team leads to improve collaboration and unblock execution;
- Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to support board reporting, investor updates, and internal dashboards;
- Partner with HR to support performance reviews, talent calibration, and leadership development efforts;
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing clarity, structure, and follow-through to company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Have 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or financial roles, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment;
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up and are comfortable building from scratch and operating in ambiguity;
- Bring a structured, analytical mindset — experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB) is a strong plus;
- Are confident working with OKRs/KPIs and have hands-on experience implementing goal-setting frameworks;
- Know how to translate company strategy into clear, actionable plans across multiple teams;
- Have a strong grasp of business and financial metrics, including interpreting a P&L and linking data to operational priorities;
- Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives;
- Think in systems, not just tasks — and can bring clarity and structure to complex or messy processes;
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership;
- Are self-driven, highly organized, and proactive — someone who takes ownership and follows through.
